“L’errance médicale” could translate in English to medical wandering, which means the period of time that elongates through countless medical appointments between the first felt symptoms and a relevant diagnosis.  “Medical wandering makes us specialists in our own health condition”, says the podcast “Quoi de Meuf #153”, relating to the themes of vaginismus, endometriosis and dyspareunia.

Alongside two other dancehall dancers – Miss Rose and Astrée Karibian-, Juliette Gampert explores and plays with the paradoxical dichotomies imposed on female bodies and their sexuality. Together, they undertake an embodied journey in quest of forgotten knowledge, as a vector of power and agency. The performance challenges ideas inherited from a white and patriarchal power that still impacts the politics of birth today.
